Life Story for Jean Feazell Wehrle

Funeral services for Mrs. Jean F. Wehrle will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Charles Hutzler officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Cemetery, Pineville, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wehrle, age 81, of Ball, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, September 26, 2016 at The Oaks Care Center in Pineville, Louisiana.

She was born March 23, 1935 in Colfax, Louisiana to the union of Denver and Odie Walker Feazell and was named Ola Jean Feazell. She was raised in Boyce, Louisiana and attended Boyce High School. She was the proud and devoted mother of eight children and was a homemaker. She was an excellent cook and no one will be able to match the delicious meals she made for her family. Her true enjoyment was to have all of her children with her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary E. Wehrle, her son, Robbie Williams, her parents, Denver and Odie Feazell, sister, Doris Leopard and granddaughter, Ashley Williams and her first husband Bobby Williams.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Dennie Williams (Patti), Patrick Williams Becky), Freddy Williams, Danny Wehrle (Christy), Michael Wehrle (Lori); her daughters, Angela Wehrle Jenkins and Traci Jo Wehrle Nassif (Chris); her brothers, George Feazell (Clemmie), Glenn Feazell (Mary); sister, Joan Vanderlick (Richard); sixteen grandchildren; seven great -grandchildren; also survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews; sister-in-laws in Illinois, Carolyn Jeffries, Marilyn Nicol, Violet Brown and Vickie Hubbard.

Pallbearers will be her sons and daughters. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Bobby Williams, Jason Williams, Zachary Williams, Joshua Williams, Chandler Jenkins, Drake Wehrle, Will Wehrle and Parker Constantino.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the professional and compassionate staff at The Oaks Care Center, Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospice, her special caretaker and friend, Deborah Carter.
